ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no return policy.
Products will be shipped out only when payment has been cleared. When paying by check or money order, we have to make sure the payment has been cleared first before we ship the products.
For custom orders, we require full payment first.
In order to keep shipping cost down for our customers, all shipping will be done through USPS (U.S. Postal Services) first class mail. If customers require special shipping services and insurance, please contact us first and we'll determine your shipping cost.
Since shipping is done by USPS, please allow 5-8 business days for products to arrive.
And please, DO NOT bother asking us for our patterns. Due to bad past experiences, we no longer give them out, NO EXCEPTIONS.
